Our Process
To help you better understand what it’s like to work with Countryside Kitchens, here’s a brief outline of the approach we like to take when tackling a new project:
1. Come and talk to us. Whether you already have some ideas to discuss or need to take a little inspiration from our mountain of kitchen design brochures and showroom displays, we can begin to talk through the various options available to you. This is just an initial chat and you won’t be asked to make any hard and fast decisions now. It will become apparent what you do and don’t like in a kitchen as the design process progresses.
2. Request a home visit from our team. Seeing you in situ in your current kitchen and conducting a detailed survey to discover how you intend to use your new space is invaluable in determining the essential elements of your bespoke kitchen. Because each of our kitchens is built with the individual in mind, this visit allows us to consider eye level, height and mobility issues amongst other factors.
3. Sit back and relax. Soon after our home visit, we will provide you with a CAD design that clearly illustrates how your hand made kitchen will look. At this stage it’s easy to tweak details and let you see the results of these changes. You will be kept informed at all times about the cost of any proposals, and our transparent process allows you to make changes accordingly.
4. Make a date. We will agree with you a suitable installation date for your new kitchen (or conversion). When this comes around, the Countryside Kitchens team will set about removing existing fittings and installing your bespoke kitchen. The entire process is carefully monitored to ensure a high quality job that meets with your approval.
5. Discover what your new kitchen can do. Once you’ve had the chance to try out your bespoke kitchen, let us know how you’re getting on. If there’s anything further we can do to help you make the most of the exciting new addition to your home, all you need to do is ask.
